How we work

We look first, and we quote second.

No two struggling businesses are struggling for the same reason, so we do not pretend to price one before we have seen it. What follows is the same for every client, whether the problem turns out to be visibility, commercial mechanics, standards, or all three at once.

One

A conversation

Short, private and without charge. You tell us what is happening. We tell you plainly whether it is something we can help with, and if it is not, where you should look instead.

Two

An assessment

We examine the business across all three disciplines and give you a scored written report showing what is costing you most and what to address first. It is yours to keep whatever you decide afterwards.

Three

A programme of work

A defined engagement, scoped to what the assessment actually found, sequenced so that anything threatening the business is dealt with before anything else is attempted.

Four

A continuing partnership

Your visibility maintained, your records reviewed every month, your system kept current, so that gaps are identified by us rather than discovered by an officer, and progress is measured rather than assumed.

Fees are set out in full at the assessment stage and confirmed in writing before any work begins. There are no retainers you cannot leave and no charges you have not seen.

How we are different in practice

Two things, mainly.

We measure against where you started

The assessment establishes a baseline before any work begins, so improvement can be demonstrated in figures rather than asserted in a monthly report. If nothing moved, you will be able to see that too.

We hold both sides

Most firms do regulatory work or marketing, never both. That means the marketing agency cannot help when a rating drops, and the food safety consultant has nothing to offer once it recovers. We are built to carry the business through both.

We work remotely by default

Which is why we can serve a business in Aberdeen as readily as one in Kent. We attend in person where the work genuinely requires it, whether that is an inspection readiness visit or an assessment of the premises themselves.

Begin here

Start with the conversation.

It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Most of them last about fifteen minutes.
